Billing / Auto-Renewal / Cancellation Terms

Recurring charges

Before payment, RevInfra Clock displays the plan version, base fee, purchased employee seats, per-seat fee, discounts if any, currency, renewal frequency, and exact recurring monthly total. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Payment verification

Account activation depends on verified server-side payment-provider state. A browser redirect, screenshot, client-supplied amount, or unverified callback does not activate a paid organization.

Cancellation

Customers can initiate cancellation online through the billing portal without calling or chatting with a representative. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless provider rules or applicable law require otherwise. Taxes may apply where required.
