Good questions make good setup.
Does RevInfra Clock continuously track employees?
No. Location is captured for attendance actions by default; V1 does not use continuous GPS tracking.
What happens outside the worksite?
The server checks the fresh reading against the configured geofence and returns a clear rejection or exception state.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Worksites and their geofence boundaries are managed from the employer dashboard.
Can employees see their attendance?
Yes. Employees can review their own attendance history in the app.
Can I export attendance records?
Yes. CSV, XLSX, and PDF exports are available when private export storage is configured.
Does RevInfra Clock process payroll?
No. It tracks and verifies attendance and exports records; it does not process payroll in V1.
How is monthly pricing calculated?
Your monthly total is the plan base fee plus the per-user rate multiplied by purchased active employee seats. There is no one-time charge.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Standard monthly plans are month-to-month and can be canceled through the billing portal.
