Requests
Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or applicable opt-out rights through Privacy Choices. Identity verification may be required.
Retention exceptions
Security, financial, attendance, audit, acceptance, and legal records are not automatically deleted when a valid contractual, security, legal, or dispute basis requires retention. Workforce-data requests may be routed to the subscribing employer.
