Service and subscription
RevInfra Clock provides verified attendance, timesheets, reports, employer visibility, and configured location evidence. Plans use a base monthly fee plus purchased active employee seats. Taxes may apply and charges recur until canceled.
Customer responsibilities
The subscribing organization must have authority to bind itself, create worker accounts, configure worksites, provide required notices, obtain legally required permissions, and use the service lawfully. It must not use the service for covert continuous surveillance, unlawful discrimination, stalking, harassment, or unlawful location collection.
Data, security, providers, and termination
Customer data remains customer-controlled as applicable. RevInfra processes it only to provide the service and operate security, billing, support, and platform functions. PayPal and Stripe are provider boundaries; verified server-side provider state controls activation. Data export, retention, deletion, limitation of liability, indemnity, force majeure, notices, amendment, severability, and configured governing-law terms require owner and counsel review.
